The Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation (EPCF) awards grants to support local charitable organisations, community groups and proactive and visionary individuals to make a real difference to communities on Eyre Peninsula.

EPCF invites proposals for locally run and led volunteer projects focused on sustainable long-term community development and capacity building. Grants can be between $500 and $2000.

“The Foundation particularly supports projects involving minority or disadvantaged groups, and where innovation and community collaboration is evident”, said Chairman Garry Downey.

“We will also respond to new issues and opportunities as they arise and consider unusual requests, particularly ideas for community projects that are normally not eligible for assistance from traditional funding programs”.

If your community project satisfies at least some of the criteria, you should apply for the 2020 Community Grant round.

The EPCF 2020 community grant round closes at 5pm on Friday 25 September 2020.

The Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation is supported by the invaluable work of the Book Bazaar volunteers and committed administrative staff. Foundation programs operate through community funds held in trust to make an important difference to Eyre Peninsula communities and individuals, towards the goal of strengthening the region.
