It will be both small and large investments in infrastructure that helps Eyre Peninsula’s tourism cause and public conveniences, defined coastal access and well-presented campgrounds might seem insignificant but they are important investments when it comes to attracting and catering for visitors (let alone benefitting permanent residents year round).

Two recent great examples are the new toilets at Sleaford Bay installed by the District Council of Lower Eyre Peninsula and the upgraded Yangie Bay campground at Coffin Bay National Park by the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources.
Nothing worse than visiting our pristine parks and reserves and finding deposits of toilet paper or worse littering the landscape!
