Business Readiness Workshop – Kimba

March 4, 2019 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

How well prepared is your rural or regional business for a natural disaster event?
What impact would a bushfire, flood, or even a significant power outage have on your operations, employees and bottom line?

Using a new risk planning tool designed to help small business be better prepared to withstand and survive natural disaster events, Rural Business Support’s FREE Business Readiness Project workshops will help you to:

  • Identify your critical business resources, infrastructure and plant/equipment.
  • Find out how your business would be impacted by several natural disaster scenarios.
  • Plan key actions that can be taken before, during and afterwards to reduce and/or avoid these risks altogether.
  • Develop your own Business Readiness Plan that can be saved, shared and regularly updated.

You will also receive a half hour telephone consultation after the workshops to answer any extra questions and help complete your plan.
