In late September the SA Tourism Industry Council (SATIC) hosted its inaugural Business over Breakfast at the Adelaide Oval, to officially launch the Tourism Industry Policy Agenda, which identifies regional tourism as one of its ten policy priorities.

SATIC’s Industry Policy Agenda seeks to align tourism business needs with those of partners and stakeholders to further drive economic growth and employment outcomes.

SATIC has spent the majority of 2017 undergoing extensive consultation with industry members and stakeholders to identify the key issues holding industry back. SATIC’s agenda seeks to inform members and stakeholders of the ten key policy priorities and funding priorities identified so far, and provides a clear rationale on the most effective way forward to unlocking the full economic potential of tourism with our State.
